As of April, 2024, our starting wage or base salary is $22.50 hourly or $44,000 annually.  Additionally, we offer the following benefits to full-time employees: 100% employer paid medical, dental and vision coverage, 3 weeks PTO (paid time off), 1 week of sick leave, a retirement plan with employer match contributions after one year of service, short-term disability coverage, 9 holidays, flexible working hours between 8a-9p, and an employee assistance program.
